Maize Flour
Maize Flour is
produced by milling the whole corn or corn grits which have been
thoroughly cleaned by taking out the foreign materials and germ. It is
available in yellowish & cream colour. It is used to make
cornbread, muffins, pancakes, polenta, and tortillas. Corn flour is
very useful for gluten-free quick breads. It is also used in Baking
industry,Pasta Making, sausages as starch substitutes, papad making
Gypsum wall board and supplement in cattle feed.
