It is available in yellowish & cream colour. It is used to make cornbread, muffins, pancakes, polenta, and tortillas. Corn flour is very useful for gluten-free quick breads. It is also used in Baking industry,Pasta Making, sausages as starch substitutes, papad making Gypsum wall board and supplement in cattle feed.
